History Expo 2015

Today was History Expo 2015 and people weren’t kidding when they said it was a big event. There were hundreds of visitors throughout the day. It was great to see so many people interested in history. I spent a lot of the time helping with refreshments but I also got to walk around and talk to other organizations. There was a group of French and Indian War reenactors there, which was neat because I didn’t even know that there was such a thing. I thought the only sort of reenactment around here was Civil War, but I learned that people also do the Revolutionary War and the French and Indian War.
